As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a cadence for the sales team and assist in leading the sales team to achieve goals and objectives. Responsibilities include developing lead generating strategies, conducting web based demonstrations, developing customer relationships, driving new business and establishing the company as a trusted solution for associations and SMB's.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in managing multiple sales associates, experience in SaaS and B2B sales and a desire to win. This position will maximize your sales and management skills and provide substantial financial rewards. The successful candidate will be expected to directly sell and carry a book of business in addition to providing management and oversight.
